I spent two days on this painting in Queen Mary's rose garden at Regents park. It was a dramatic weather on the second day. I came to my spot at 7am in the morning, I just finished set up everything, Unexpectedly it started raining. I was overwhelmed with frustration. I didn't want to go back home or my studio during the morning rush hour with all my equipments. I hide a big tree to protect my painting and wish the rain stopping.
I was almost cry to look at the dark clouds, a half hour later, the rain surprisedly stopped and it turned out the rest of the day was sunny and beautiful. Can you imagine how I was happy and grateful after all. what a day! No matter whatsoever the weather it is, I always enjoy painting.
